Claiming at the pump

Every check runs on the server, and the server believes nothing your phone tells it on its own. Three things have to pass. Your location has to put you inside the station’s reach. Your browser has to clear the bot check. And your wallet has to hold a car whose cooldown is over and which still has a use left. The “move closer” hint on the map uses the station’s own radius, so what it tells you matches what the server will accept.

Every paid claim pays something. The amount is the current base rate times your garage’s multiplier: every car you hold with a use left counts toward it, not just the one you pump with. The base rate is worked out from the pool itself, so it moves as the pool does, and one fill never pays more than the ceiling the contract holds.

A rejected claim costs you nothing. It takes no cooldown, no car use and no money, and it tells you what to do next. It never quotes our internal limits.
